Job Description

We are seeking skilled Textile Winding, Twisting, and Drawing Out Machine Setters, Operators, and Tenders to join our production team. Successful candidates will operate and maintain specialized machinery to produce high-quality textile products efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate textile machinery for winding and twisting operations.
• Load raw materials and monitor production metrics.
• Perform quality inspections to ensure compliance with company standards.
• Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical issues in a timely manner.
• Maintain detailed records of production outputs and machinery performance.
• Collaborate closely with team members to achieve daily production targets.
• Comply with all safety standards to ensure a safe working environment.
• Adjust machinery settings to meet production specifications.
• Assist in training new operators and machine setters.
• Contribute to team discussions about process efficiency and improvements.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Technical certification in textile machinery operation is a plus

Experience

• 1-2 years of experience operating textile machinery preferred
