Job Description

The Mica Machine Operator will be pivotal in operating and maintaining machinery used in the production of mica products. We seek skilled individuals who can ensure quality output while managing the machinery effectively.

Responsibilities

• Monitor machine performance, making necessary adjustments to ensure quality output.
• Assist in the development of standard operating procedures for machinery.
• Perform quality control checks on finished products before packaging.
• Participate in regular safety meetings and training sessions.
• Document operational processes and suggest improvements.

Requirements

Education

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Technical training in Manufacturing or similar fields preferred

Experience

• 2-4 years of experience in a similar role

Languages
