Responsibilities

• Communicate with team members to coordinate work and achieve project deadlines.
• Recommend improvements in processes or materials for enhancing results.
• Stay updated with industry trends, techniques, and materials related to drywall finishing.
• Utilize hand-held sanders, sanding blocks, and dust collection systems effectively.
• Perform maintenance on sanding equipment and tools.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Certification or training in drywall finishing is preferred

Experience

• 2-4 years of experience in drywall sanding or related role

Technical Skills

• Knowledge of Drywall Materials
• Safety Protocols

Advantageous

• Knowledge of painting and finishing techniques: Experience with painting and various finishing techniques that can enhance drywall appearance.
• Experience with drywall repairs: Capable of repairing and patching drywall effectively.
