Job Description

Looking for an experienced Provider Network Manager to lead our network operations. Responsibilities include negotiating contracts, maintaining provider relationships, and ensuring compliance. This role is vital to delivering high-quality patient care.

Responsibilities

  • Negotiate and manage contracts with healthcare providers.
  • Evaluate provider performance metrics to ensure service quality.
  • Coordinate with various departments to align network strategies.
  • Develop improvement plans based on performance evaluations.
  • Ensure all network activities comply with local, state, and federal regulations.
  • Support network expansion plans through data analysis.
  • Collaborate with IT teams to enhance database management systems.
  • Report regularly to senior management on network performance.
  • Lead training sessions for internal staff on network policies.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration or a related field.
  • Master's degree in healthcare administration is preferred.
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in provider network management.
