Job Description

The Yardage Control Operator is responsible for ensuring that the proper amount of material is fed into machines in a manufacturing facility, monitoring and adjusting material flow to meet production targets while ensuring quality standards are upheld.

Responsibilities

  • Evaluate and report on production efficiency and output rates.
  • Participate in team meetings to address production challenges and solutions.
  • Conduct routine inspections and maintain records of machine performance.
  • Collaborate with management to implement new technologies and processes.

Requirements

Education
  • High school diploma or equivalent
Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in a production or manufacturing setting preferred.
Technical Skills
  • Experience with manufacturing software
  • Inspection techniques

Languages
  • English: Fluent

Advantageous

  • Experience with textile production: Experience in managing material flow for textile manufacturing.
