Job Description

We are seeking an experienced First-Line Supervisor to oversee daily operations of helpers, laborers, and material movers within our facility. This pivotal role involves ensuring compliance with safety regulations, developing fueling schedules, and providing leadership to a dedicated team. Ideal candidates will possess strong knowledge of reactor fueling procedures, outstanding communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Lead daily operations to ensure highest safety standards.
  • Coordinate with engineering teams to ensure equipment reliability.
  • Train and mentor team members on best practices and safety protocols.
  • Generate reports for upper management regarding productivity and safety compliance.
  • Evaluate team performance and conduct necessary reviews.
  • Actively participate in safety drills and emergency preparedness.
  • Maintain effective communication across departments to foster teamwork.
  • Assist with troubleshooting and resolving operational challenges.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
