Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Silo Erector to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in erecting and maintaining silos for agricultural and industrial purposes.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute silo erection projects efficiently.
• Work alongside teams to ensure timely completion of projects.
• Document progress and report any issues to the Site Supervisor.
• Engage in continuous training on new techniques and safety regulations.
• Assist in training new employees on silo construction techniques.

Requirements

Education

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Technical training in construction preferred

Experience

• 3+ years in construction roles emphasizing silo erection.

Technical Skills

• Knowledge of Safety Standards

Soft Skills

• Communication

Certifications

• Forklift Operator Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Familiarity with CAD software: Experience using CAD software for construction planning.
• Additional safety certifications: Any further relevant safety certifications are a bonus.
