Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Marble Installer who will be responsible for installing marble flooring, countertops, and other marble fixtures in both residential and commercial properties. The ideal candidate values quality craftsmanship and has a keen eye for detail.

Responsibilities

• Accurately measure and cut marble to fit designated spaces.
• Install marble flooring and countertops with attention to detail.
• Prepare surfaces by leveling and cleaning prior to installation.
• Seal and finish marble for lasting appeal and protection.
• Educate customers on marble care and maintenance routines.
• Collaborate with other trades to ensure project completion.
• Maintain safety standards on job sites consistent with industry regulations.
• Keep work areas organized and free of hazards.
• Utilize appropriate equipment for handling and installing heavy materials.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent

Experience

• Minimum of 2 years in marble or stone installation

Technical Skills

• Stone Installation
• Blueprint Reading

Soft Skills

• Problem-solving
• Teamwork

Certifications

• Certification in Stone Installation

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience with various flooring materials: Having installed different types of flooring beyond marble is a plus.
• Knowledge of sealing and polishing techniques: Hands-on experience with finishing marble surfaces effectively.
