We seek an experienced Yard Supervisor to lead our efforts in yard operations in Dallas. Your responsibilities will include supervising daily activities, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and managing staff training. Your role is crucial for maintaining operational efficiency and providing outstanding service to our clients.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate the daily operations of the yard management team.
  • Ensure all safety protocols are followed to prevent workplace accidents.
  • Assign tasks to staff and oversee their completion.
  • Monitor inventory levels and manage stock organization.
  • Collaborate with the logistics team to streamline operations.
  • Address and resolve any issues or complaints from clients.
  • Conduct yard inspections for compliance with company standards.
  • Prepare and submit operational reports to senior management.
  • Enhance processes for greater operational efficiency.
  • Engage in training programs for ongoing staff development.

Requirements

Education
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Bachelor's degree in logistics or management is a plus
Experience
  • At least 5 years of experience in logistics or yard management
