Job Description

We are seeking a talented Machine Repairman who will play a crucial role in maintaining and repairing our diverse range of industrial machinery. The successful candidate will ensure that all equipment operates efficiently, contributing to our production success.

Responsibilities

• Inspect machinery to identify mechanical issues and perform repairs.
• Keep maintenance logs updated for all equipment serviced.
• Assist in troubleshooting and provide solutions for machinery malfunctions.
• Work collaboratively with other maintenance staff to streamline processes.
• Facilitate the installation of new machinery as needed.
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols during all maintenance tasks.
• Conduct trainings for new team members on machinery operation and repairs.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Technical certificate is preferred

Experience

• 2+ years of experience in machinery maintenance and repair

Technical Skills

• Welding & Fabrication
• Hydraulics and Pneumatics

Soft Skills

• Attention to Detail
• Communication

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Knowledge of Safety Protocols: Understanding of OSHA regulations and safety practices.
• Experience with CNC Machines: Familiarity with Computer Numerical Control machinery.
