Job Description

The Photolithographer will be responsible for creating high-quality photomasks and microelectronic components using advanced lithography techniques. You will work in a cleanroom environment, focusing on precision and attention to detail to meet the rigorous standards of the microelectronics industry.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement best practices for lithography processes.
  • Coordinate with quality control to ensure all output meets technical specifications.
  • Provide technical support to team members on lithography equipment.
  • Conduct risk assessments on equipment and processes to enhance safety.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives within the production environment.
  • Document all processes to maintain compliance with industry standards.
  • Serve as a key point of contact for external quality audits.

Requirements

Education
  • Master's degree in Microelectronics or related field is preferred
Experience
  • 3-5 years of experience in a cleanroom environment
