Calibration Technologists and Technicians

Job Description

At Tech Innovations Inc., we are on the lookout for a skilled Calibration Technologist to join our growing team. In this role, you'll be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of diverse instruments and control systems. The successful candidate will work closely with engineers to ensure optimal performance and compliance with safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement preventive maintenance schedules for instruments.
• Monitor instrument performance and recommend upgrades as necessary.
• Coordinate with suppliers for acquiring necessary tools and components.
• Engage in cross-training programs to enhance team skills.
• Perform root cause analysis on instrument failures and implement corrective actions.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, preferably Electrical or Mechanical
• Professional certification in a related field is a plus

Experience

• 5+ years of hands-on experience with instrumentation

Technical Skills

• Instrumentation Design
• Data Analysis

Soft Skills

• Problem-solving
• Project Management

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Knowledge of industry standards: Understanding of ISO and ANSI standards is beneficial.
• Familiarity with Quality Management Systems: Experience with QMS and regulations is a plus.
