Job Description

As a Cutting and Slicing Machine Setter, Operator, and Tender, you will play a crucial role in the preparation of fresh produce for our culinary teams. Your expertise in cutting and slicing vegetables will directly contribute to the quality and efficiency of our food service operation.

Responsibilities

  • Efficiently operate cutting machines while ensuring quality cuts.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace at all times.
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of prepared ingredients.
  • Record and report any equipment malfunctions or safety concerns.
  • Participate in team meetings to discuss workflows and improvements.
  • Assist in the maintenance of inventory records for vegetables and supplies.

Requirements

Education
  • High school diploma or equivalent
Experience
  • Previous experience in food service or kitchen environment is a plus
