Job Description

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Preschool Teacher to join our team. In this role, you will create and implement engaging activities that promote the physical, cognitive, and social-emotional development of young children.

Responsibilities

  • Facilitate early learning experiences that enhance children's developmental skills.
  • Communicate effectively with parents regarding children's development and classroom activities.
  • Implement health and safety protocols to ensure a secure learning environment.
  • Engage in continuous professional development to stay updated on early childhood practices.
  • Create individualized plans for children with different learning needs.
  • Conduct assessments to evaluate children's progress and adapt teaching methods accordingly.

Requirements

Education
  • Associate or Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field
  • State certification in Infant and Toddler Care
Experience
  • Minimum of two years of experience working with infants in a licensed childcare center or preschool.
