We are seeking a passionate and experienced Preschool Teacher to join our team. In this role, you will create and implement engaging activities that promote the physical, cognitive, and social-emotional development of young children.
Responsibilities
Facilitate early learning experiences that enhance children's developmental skills.
Communicate effectively with parents regarding children's development and classroom activities.
Implement health and safety protocols to ensure a secure learning environment.
Engage in continuous professional development to stay updated on early childhood practices.
Create individualized plans for children with different learning needs.
Conduct assessments to evaluate children's progress and adapt teaching methods accordingly.
Requirements
Education
Associate or Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field
State certification in Infant and Toddler Care
Experience
Minimum of two years of experience working with infants in a licensed childcare center or preschool.
