Job Description

Join us as a Receptionist and Information Clerk, where you will play a key role in enhancing the customer experience. From answering calls to managing records and assisting with policy updates, your contribution will be critical in ensuring our clients receive the best service possible.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing client questions and concerns.
  • Maintain confidentiality of policyholder information.
  • Prepare and process documentation for policy changes or cancellations.
  • Assist the underwriting department with data collection as needed.
  • Monitor and streamline the client communication process.
  • Engage in continuous learning regarding insurance products and services.
  • Support special projects related to customer experience improvement.

Requirements

Education
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
Experience
  • 2-4 years experience in the insurance industry is preferred
