Job Description

As a Duck Driver at Duck Transport Services, you will play an essential role in ensuring the safe transport of ducks from one location to another. Your responsibilities will include monitoring their behavior, maintaining a clean transport environment, and adhering to all safety protocols while driving.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for safely transporting ducks to various locations as directed.
  • Monitor and assess duck behavior throughout the journey.
  • Ensure transportation vehicle cleanliness and functionality.
  • Assist with the handling and care of ducks pre- and post-transport.
  • Remain compliant with all transport regulations and safety protocols.
  • Conduct routine inspections of vehicle equipment and functionality.
  • Document transportation records accurately and promptly.
  • Provide necessary food and water during transport to maintain animal welfare.
  • Maintain communication with supervisors regarding any issues.
  • Engage in team meetings regarding safety and transport efficiency.

Requirements

Education
  • High school diploma or higher
Experience
  • Experience with ducks or other farm animals is a plus
Technical Skills
  • Excellent driving skills

Languages
  • English: Fluent
