The Spice Cleaner is responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and quality of spices and herbs used in food production. This role involves inspecting, sorting, and cleaning spices and herbs to meet quality standards.
Responsibilities
Inspect raw materials for quality and prepare them for cleaning.
Utilize cleaning machinery to achieve top industry standards for cleanliness.
Document cleaning and inspection results in compliance with safety protocols.
Work collaboratively with other team members to optimize production flow.
Stay compliant with all health and safety regulations.
Participate in safety training and meetings.
Contribute to maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
Assist with other production tasks as needed.
Requirements
Education
Training in food safety and hygiene is preferred
Experience
Experience with food production or cleaning machinery preferred.
