Job Description

We're on the lookout for an experienced Education Administrator for the postsecondary sector. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing educational programs, ensuring institutional standards are met, and fostering a collaborative environment for faculty and students.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the administrative functions of postsecondary education.
  • Ensure accountability and effectiveness within educational programs.
  • Facilitate training sessions for faculty on innovative teaching methods.
  • Evaluate and enhance student services and support systems.
  • Advocate for educational resources and funding.
  • Act as a liaison with local and state educational authorities.
  • Continuously assess educational policies for compliance and effectiveness.

Requirements

Education
  • Master's degree in Educational Leadership or related field
  • PhD in Educational Policy is advantageous
