Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Identify and acquire records of enduring value from various university departments.
  • Arrange and describe archival collections to facilitate user access.
  • Prepare and manage budgets for archival projects and initiatives.
  • Lead workshops and training sessions on archival practices.
  • Collaborate with faculty to support curriculum-related archival needs.
  • Evaluate and implement new archival technologies for better efficiency.
  • Engage in community outreach to enhance public understanding of archives.
  • Document and report on the status of archival collections.
  • Participate in professional organizations and share best practices.
