Job Description
As a CNC Swiss Machinist, you will be responsible for programming, setting up, and operating CNC machines to produce high precision parts. Your expertise will ensure that our production processes meet the highest quality standards.
Responsibilities
Program CNC machines using G-code and validate setups before production.
Work closely with the quality control team to ensure production standards.
Implement lean manufacturing techniques to improve workflows.
Participate in team meetings to discuss production schedules and issues.
Oversee the storage and handling of raw materials and finished products.
Requirements
Education
Associate degree in Manufacturing Technology or related field
Bachelor's degree is a plus
Experience
3+ years of experience in CNC machining, specifically with Swiss-style machines.
