Job Description

We are seeking skilled Structural Metal Fabricators and Fitters who will be responsible for constructing, assembling, and maintaining metal structures in diverse industrial settings. You will utilize your expertise in metal fabrication processes to ensure products meet high standards of quality and safety.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute plans for assembling metal structures.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards for metal fabrication.
• Utilize welding tools effectively and safely.
• Conduct inspections to ensure all components meet required specifications.
• Collaborate with team members to optimize fabrication processes.
• Maintain an inventory of materials and report shortages.
• Perform regular maintenance on fabrication equipment.
• Document and report any issues during the fabrication process.
• Adhere to all workplace safety policies and protocols.
• Engage in continuous learning and skill enhancement.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Trade school certification in metal fabrication preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in industrial metal fabrication

Technical Skills

• TIG Welding
• CNC Machining

Soft Skills

• Effective Communication
• Time Management

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Using Robotics in Metal Fabrication: Experience working with robotic systems in fabrication.
• Knowledge of CAD Software: Experience using Computer-Aided Design software for creating metal designs.
