Job Description

As an Appraiser and Assessor of Real Estate, you will play a crucial role in evaluating the fair market value of properties for tax assessments. The ideal candidate will conduct thorough inspections, analyze market data, and apply relevant methodologies to ensure accuracy in assessments.

Responsibilities

  • Assess the fair market value of residential and commercial properties.
  • Perform comprehensive property inspections and collect relevant data.

  • Maintain detailed documentation of property evaluation processes.

  • Work alongside other government departments on tax assessment issues.

Requirements

Education
  • Master's degree in Finance, Real Estate, or related field is preferred
Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in property valuation and assessment.
