Job Description

We are seeking a motivated Receptionist and Information Clerk to provide top-notch customer service and administrative support. The successful candidate will handle incoming calls, greet visitors, and assist with inquiries related to our services. Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor are essential for this role.

Responsibilities

  • Facilitate effective communication between departments and customers.
  • Track and manage customer inquiries and feedback.
  • Assist in the onboarding of new employees as required.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies in customer interactions.
  • Conduct regular audits of customer service processes.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to service improvement initiatives.

Requirements

Education
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Associate degree in Business Administration preferred
Experience
  • 1-2 years of experience in a customer service or administrative role
Technical Skills
  • Computer proficiency

Languages
