Job Description

As a Security Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the security operations of our facilities. This includes managing a team of security personnel, ensuring compliance with safety protocols, and coordinating with law enforcement when necessary.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily security operations and personnel.
• Conduct risk assessments and address vulnerabilities.
• Develop comprehensive security strategies and protocols.
• Act as the primary point of contact for security-related inquiries.
• Utilize security software and tools for monitoring.
• Maintain accurate security records and logs.
• Perform incident response and investigations accordingly.
• Engage with management to report on security issues and improvements.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice, Security Management, or related field

Experience

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a security management role
