Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Strike Out Machine Operator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for efficiently operating and maintaining strike out machines, ensuring production goals are met while producing high-quality products.

Responsibilities

• Operate the strike out machine to produce high-quality materials.
• Adjust machine settings based on production requirements.
• Identify and report issues to management immediately.
• Ensure machinery is maintained according to schedules.
• Document all production data accurately.
• Assist in implementing best practices for operational efficiency.
• Support the training of new operators on best practices.
• Foster a safe working environment through diligence and awareness.
• Engage in team discussions to identify improvement opportunities.
• Participate in safety drills and training sessions.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Vocational training in manufacturing processes is a plus

Experience

• 1-3 years of experience in textile or manufacturing environments

Technical Skills

• Machine Operation

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous
