Maintenance Technician

Job Description

As a Maintenance Technician at Maintenance Solutions Inc., you will play a critical role in the upkeep of our facilities. We are looking for someone who is both skilled and passionate about maintenance and repair.

Responsibilities

• Conduct inspections and preventative maintenance tasks.
• Repair and replace faulty equipment and fixtures.
• Collaborate with other team members for larger projects.
• Assist in maintaining compliance with local building codes.
• Provide support for special events as needed.
• Coordinate with contractors for specialized maintenance activities.

Requirements

Education

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Associates Degree in Facilities Management is preferred

Experience

• 3+ years of hands-on maintenance experience

Certifications

• Certified Facilities Manager (CFM)

Languages

• English: Fluent
