Job Description
As a Maintenance Technician at Maintenance Solutions Inc., you will play a critical role in the upkeep of our facilities. We are looking for someone who is both skilled and passionate about maintenance and repair.
Responsibilities
Conduct inspections and preventative maintenance tasks.
Repair and replace faulty equipment and fixtures.
Collaborate with other team members for larger projects.
Assist in maintaining compliance with local building codes.
Provide support for special events as needed.
Coordinate with contractors for specialized maintenance activities.
Requirements
Education
High School Diploma or equivalent
Associates Degree in Facilities Management is preferred
Experience
3+ years of hands-on maintenance experience
