Job Description

We are on the lookout for an enthusiastic Inbound Customer Service Representative (CSR) who is passionate about serving customers and resolving inquiries. This role involves handling customer inquiries through various channels, ensuring customer satisfaction, and providing support to enhance the overall customer experience.

Responsibilities

  • Handling incoming customer calls and queries with empathy and professionalism.
  • Documenting customer interactions and maintaining detailed records for quality assurance.
  • Assisting customers with product returns, exchanges, and refunds.
  • Staying updated with product knowledge to provide accurate information to customers.
  • Building strong relationships with customers through effective communication.
  • Meeting and exceeding customer service metrics and KPIs.
  • Training new team members on customer service standards and practices.

Requirements

Education
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Additional education is a plus
Experience
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a customer service role
Technical Skills
  • CRM software proficiency
