Are you passionate about e-commerce and digital marketing? We are seeking an E-commerce Manager to lead our strategies in Las Vegas. In this role, you will oversee online sales growth, manage product listings, and optimize the customer experience. Ideal candidates will have hands-on experience in e-commerce platforms and a knack for digital marketing.

Responsibilities

  • Drive customer experience initiatives to empower clients.
  • Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities based on customer needs.
  • Implement feedback loops with clients to constantly improve service.
  • Enhance customer journeys by collaborating with product and sales teams.
  • Champion the voice of the customer within the organization.
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries to maintain high satisfaction.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, a Master’s degree is preferred
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in customer success or similar roles
