Job Description

The Tool Analyst will be responsible for analyzing and optimizing software tools used within the organization. This role involves evaluating tool functionality, identifying areas for improvement, and collaborating with relevant teams to implement enhancements.

Responsibilities

• Conduct evaluations and implement enhancements in tooling designs and functionalities.
• Create and maintain comprehensive tooling documentation, including manuals and procedures.
• Monitor tooling performance metrics and provide regular reports to management.
• Participate in tooling troubleshooting and provide timely resolutions to minimize production downtime.
• Collaborate with engineering and quality assurance teams to improve tooling systems.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
• Relevant certifications in software development or project management (optional)

Experience

• 2-4 years of experience in tool analysis, software development, or a related field
