Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Administrative Services Manager who will be responsible for overseeing our records management program. You will play a key role in training staff, conducting audits, and ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements.
Responsibilities
Create and maintain records management procedures to meet organizational needs.
Implement training programs for staff on effective records management.
Monitor compliance with retention schedules and destruction protocols.
Enhance the efficiency of information management systems.
Collaborate with IT to implement new records management technologies.
Conduct analysis and reporting on records management processes.

Assist in the preparation of reports for management regarding records management activities.

Requirements
Education
Bachelor's degree in Information Management or a related field
Master's degree in Information Management preferred
