Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Administrative Services Manager who will be responsible for overseeing our records management program. You will play a key role in training staff, conducting audits, and ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

  • Create and maintain records management procedures to meet organizational needs.
  • Implement training programs for staff on effective records management.
  • Monitor compliance with retention schedules and destruction protocols.
  • Enhance the efficiency of information management systems.
  • Collaborate with IT to implement new records management technologies.
  • Conduct analysis and reporting on records management processes.
  • Review and update policies to comply with changing regulations.
  • Promote a culture of compliance and awareness around records management.
  • Assist in the preparation of reports for management regarding records management activities.
  • Support cross-departmental initiatives to improve records handling.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Management or a related field
  • Master's degree in Information Management preferred

  • 5+ years of experience in records management or related field
