Job Description

The Health Policy Analyst will play a pivotal role in analyzing and evaluating healthcare policies and regulations. This position is central to providing insights and actionable recommendations aimed at enhancing the effectiveness and efficiency of healthcare systems. By working collaboratively with stakeholders, the analyst will help shape policies that impact public health and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.

Responsibilities

  • Perform in-depth analysis of healthcare policy impacts and outcomes.
  • Work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams to broaden the scope of policy initiatives.
  • Assess ongoing healthcare reforms and their implications for various stakeholders.
  • Prepare documentation and reports for funding applications related to healthcare projects.
  • Facilitate discussions and workshops to gather stakeholder input on policy development.
  • Develop metrics for evaluating policy effectiveness and success.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Public Health, Health Policy, or related field
  • Master's degree in relevant field strongly preferred
Experience
  • 4-6 years of experience in health policy analysis or related role, preferably within government or healthcare organizations
