Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Hand Flatwork Finisher responsible for performing various tasks related to finishing flatwork materials by hand. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong attention to detail and a solid understanding of manual finishing techniques.

Responsibilities

• Analyze blueprints and specifications for finishing requirements.
• Suggest improvements to enhance finishing techniques and processes.
• Monitor the quality of finishing work to ensure adherence to standards.
• Document finishing processes and any changes made during production.
• Work collaboratively with other team members to optimize workflow.
• Participate in safety meetings and training sessions.
• Provide feedback to supervisors on project challenges and successes.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent

Experience

• 1-3 years of hand finishing experience with various materials
