Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Mold Laminator who will be responsible for preparing molds, assembling parts, and curing composite materials for aerospace applications. Excellent attention to detail is key to ensuring the quality of our products.
Responsibilities
Conduct preliminary mold inspections and pre-assembly preparations.
Execute precise cutting and assembling of composite parts.
Utilize various laminating techniques to ensure the best possible results.
Cure parts in designated equipment, monitoring time and temperature settings closely.
Perform quality checks throughout the process to identify and rectify any issues.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workspace for safety and efficiency.
Assist in the training of new employees, sharing knowledge and best practices.
Collaborate with engineers to optimize production processes.
Document all production data and report to the Production Manager.
Implement feedback from quality control to improve assembly techniques.
Requirements
Education
High school diploma or GED
Certification in composite technology preferred
Experience
3+ years of experience in mold laminating or similar field
