Job Description

As a Grocery Store Courtesy Clerk, you will be the friendly face of our store, helping customers with their shopping needs and ensuring a clean and inviting environment. Your role will include assisting customers with bagging groceries, answering inquiries, and maintaining store displays.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers with a smile and assist them at every stage of their shopping.
• Carefully bag groceries and help customers carry them to their vehicles.
• Organize shopping carts and maintain a clean store environment.
• Answer customer questions and direct them to products as needed.
• Assist with returns and manage customer complaints effectively.
• Ensure stock levels are maintained through effective inventory management.
• Follow safety and security procedures diligently.
• Assist with various tasks assigned by the Store Manager.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent

Experience

• Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred.
