Job Description

We are seeking dedicated Plating Machine Setters and Operators to manage and maintain vacuum metalizing equipment. The ideal candidates will be responsible for applying coatings to various plastic and metal parts, ensuring quality and consistency throughout the process.

Responsibilities

• Handle setup and operation of metal plating processes efficiently.
• Perform quality checks on coated parts and take corrective action as needed.
• Assist in troubleshooting equipment issues and participate in preventive maintenance activities.
• Work closely with the production team to meet deadlines and production quotas.
• Stay updated on industry trends and new technologies relevant to metal coating processes.

Requirements

Education

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Technical Certification in Manufacturing Technology preferred

Experience

• 2-4 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, specifically in plating or coating.

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Process Improvement Techniques: Experience implementing process improvement methodologies such as Kaizen.
