Job Description

Join our team as a Supplier Quality Engineer where you'll be pivotal in ensuring the highest quality standards are upheld. You'll work closely with suppliers to ensure the reliability and performance of our products.

Responsibilities

  • Establish quality benchmarks for supplier performance metrics.
  • Conduct detailed analysis and reporting of supplier compliance.
  • Anticipate supply chain issues and develop contingency plans.
  • Engage with suppliers to enhance their quality control processes.
  • Monitor trends and recommend enhancements to supplier quality programs.
  • Manage supplier relationships to ensure high-quality products and services.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to align on product specifications.
  • Identify and mitigate risks associated with supplier quality.
  • Lead training sessions for internal stakeholders on supplier quality expectations.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Quality Management
  • Additional certifications in Quality Management are a plus
Experience
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in quality assurance, preferably in manufacturing

  • Supplier Relationship Management (SRM)
  • Quality Auditing
