Job Description

Join our dedicated team as a Riding Instructor. We are looking for someone who has a profound love for horses, coupled with expertise in teaching riding lessons to individuals of all skill levels. You will play a key role in shaping our riders’ experiences.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct riding lessons for all ages and skill levels.
  • Create lesson plans and adjust them based on individual student needs.
  • Ensure the welfare and safety of horses and riders at all times.
  • Participate in horse shows and training clinics as a representative of the center.
  • Work collaboratively with other instructors and staff.
  • Maintain records of rider progress and feedback.
  • Provide horse care and manage daily feeding and grooming routines.
  • Assist in the upkeep of the barn and riding facilities.
  • Foster a community atmosphere among riders and their families.

Requirements

Education
  • Certification in riding instruction from a recognized equestrian organization.
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in the equestrian field.
