Job Description

As a Training and Development Specialist, you will play a crucial role in enhancing employee skills through effective training programs. You will be responsible for identifying training needs, designing materials, and delivering engaging sessions to ensure our workforce is continuously developed.

Responsibilities

• Assess and identify organizational training needs through surveys and focus groups.
• Develop and enhance existing training programs to meet changing company needs.
• Deliver training in a variety of formats, including live and virtual sessions.
• Facilitate engaging learning experiences that improve employee retention and application.
• Utilize data analytics to evaluate the impact of training initiatives.
• Ensure all training materials are up to date and compliant with regulations.

Requirements

Education

• Master's degree in Human Resources, Training & Development, or a related field

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in designing and implementing training programs.

• Learning Experience Design (LXD) Certification

Languages
