Yield Engineer

Job Description

The Yield Engineer will play a critical role in optimizing production processes to improve yield and reduce defects. Candidates should have a strong background in semiconductor manufacturing and experience with statistical modeling.

Responsibilities

• Develop yield metrics and KPIs to track production performance.
• Conduct training sessions on yield management strategies for team members.
• Utilize analytical tools to interpret yield data and recommend improvements.
• Engage with external vendors to enhance manufacturing efficiency.
• Participate in cross-departmental meetings to align yield improvement goals.
• Oversee the execution of yield enhancement projects from inception to completion.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
• Master's degree is a plus

Experience

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in semiconductor manufacturing.
