We are seeking a skilled and experienced Landscape Crew Leader to join our team. In this role, you will lead and manage a crew of landscape laborers, ensuring efficient execution of various landscaping projects while upholding the highest quality standards. Your leadership will be crucial in hiring, training, and mentoring team members, all while fostering a safe and productive work environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of landscaping projects and crew activities.
• Manage and maintain landscape equipment and tools.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and procedures.
• Train and mentor crew members for skill enhancement.
• Act as the main point of contact for customers on site.
• Review project progress and align with timelines set.
• Report any issues to the Operations Manager promptly.
• Evaluate and suggest improvements for operational efficiencies.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Bachelor's degree in related field preferred

Experience

• Previous supervisory experience in landscaping or related field.

Technical Skills

Languages

• English: Fluent
