Job Description

We are on the lookout for a dedicated First-Line Supervisor of Production and Operating Workers. This position involves overseeing day-to-day operations, ensuring product quality, and managing workflow within our manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership skills and a firm understanding of production processes.

Responsibilities

  • Direct and monitor the work of production employees.
  • Ensure compliance with safety and operational guidelines.
  • Conduct training and workshops to enhance team skills.
  • Facilitate communication between shifts and operational teams.
  • Analyze production metrics to assess efficiency and quality.
  • Supervise maintenance of machinery and equipment.

Requirements

Education
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field is preferred
Experience
  • At least 5 years of experience in a manufacturing supervisory role
