As a Warehouse Associate in Philadelphia, you will play a key role in our inventory management team. Your responsibilities will include receiving, storing, and distributing products while ensuring compliance with safety regulations. Responsibilities

  • Manage the flow of inventory in and out of the warehouse.
  • Assist with the preparation and packing of orders for shipment.
  • Track and report on inventory discrepancies as needed.
  • Support the implementation of inventory management systems.
  • Maintain accurate records of received and shipped items.
  • Work in compliance with health and safety standards.
  • Participate in team meetings to improve operational efficiency.
  • Use equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks safely.
  • Assist in training new warehouse staff as necessary.
  • Engage in continuous improvement initiatives for warehouse processes.

Requirements

Education
  • High school diploma or GED
Experience
  • 2+ years of warehouse experience preferred
