Job Description

As a Crushing, Grinding, and Polishing Machine Setter, Operator, and Tender, you will be responsible for operating specialized equipment to shape and grind metal objects into precision parts. This role requires attention to detail, a commitment to quality, and an ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Set up grinding machines and ensure they are correctly calibrated.
• Inspect products for defects and ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Maintain records of machine settings and production metrics.
• Collaborate with quality control team to address any product issues.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance processes.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and best practices.
• Perform troubleshooting and repairs on machinery as needed.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Technical degree in machining or a related field is preferred

Experience

• 2-4 years of experience in a manufacturing setting, specifically with grinding equipment
