Job Description

As a Cinder Pit Crane Operator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safe and efficient movement of materials within our cinder pit operations. Your expertise will help maintain high operational standards and contribute to our project's overall success.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate various types of cranes in the cinder pit.
• Conduct inspections and regular maintenance to ensure optimal performance.
• Follow all safety and compliance regulations.
• Document and report on all lift and load activities.
• Assist in the coordination of heavy material movements.
• Participate in safety drills and training sessions.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the crane area.
• Utilize crane control software effectively.
• Provide feedback for improvements in safety and efficiency.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent

Experience

• 2-4 years of experience operating cranes in a manufacturing or construction environment

Technical Skills

• Heavy Machinery Operation
• Record Keeping

Soft Skills

• Communication
• Adaptability

Certifications

• OSHA safety certification

Languages

• English: Fluent
