Gate Technician (Gate Tech)

Job Description

We are on the lookout for a skilled Gate Technician who will handle the installation and repair of gate systems. You will work closely with clients to ensure security needs are met through high-quality service and timely solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead the installation and repair projects for automated gate systems.
• Conduct troubleshooting to identify any issues causing system failures.
• Provide technical support and guidance to customers and team members.
• Execute preventative maintenance to enhance the longevity of systems.
• Create detailed reports on service performed and any parts needed.
• Participate in team meetings to discuss project updates and challenges.
• Work on-call when needed, responding to emergency repair requests.

Requirements

Education

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Associate's degree in Electronics or similar field preferred

Experience

• 2-5 years of relevant experience in gate systems

• Installation Techniques

Certifications

• First Aid Certification
• Forklift Operation Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent
