Screener Operator

Job Description

The Screener Operator will be responsible for operating and maintaining machinery used in industrial screening and sifting processes. You will ensure that the quality of the materials produced meets industry standards, contributing to overall production efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Manage the screening process, ensuring it runs smoothly and efficiently.
• Implement machine settings adjustments based on material specifications.
• Collect data for performance metrics and assist in quality audits.
• Engage in team discussions to identify areas for process improvement.
• Support training of new operators on machinery operation and safety procedures.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent

Experience

• Experience in a similar role within industrial manufacturing environments is preferred.

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Previous experience in quality assurance roles: Experience in roles focused on maintaining product quality.
