Bale Opener

Job Description

The Bale Opener will be responsible for opening, sorting, and processing bales of raw materials used in the manufacturing process. The ideal candidate will have experience in industrial settings and be able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Efficiently operate machinery used for opening bales.
• Sort raw materials based on quality and type.
• Report any discrepancies in material quality immediately.
• Ensure workplace remains hazard-free to comply with safety regulations.
• Communicate effectively with production staff.
• Adhere to cleanliness standards within the working area.
• Assist maintenance when routine checks are required.
• Keep inventory of processed materials.
• Participate in work-related training sessions.
• Uphold all company policies during operations.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent

Experience

• Experience with textiles or automated machinery is preferred.

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience with automated machinery: Knowledge in operating automated processing systems.
