Job Description

We are looking for a passionate Instructional Coordinator who will develop, assess, and refine training programs tailored to improve learning experiences. You will work closely with subject matter experts to ensure the quality of educational content delivered.

Responsibilities

  • Assess training needs and design customized learning solutions to close gaps.
  • Facilitate training programs, ensuring effective knowledge transfer and skill enhancement.
  • Utilize multimedia and interactive tools to create engaging training experiences.
  • Conduct follow-up evaluations to measure the impact of training and make necessary adjustments.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to align training objectives with organizational goals.
  • Document training processes and outcomes for continuous improvement.
  • Create and maintain a library of training resources and materials.
  • Actively participate in professional development opportunities to enhance instructional skills.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Training, or related field
  • Master's degree preferred
Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in instructional design or corporate training
