Job Description

We are seeking a Cancer Registrar who will accurately collect and analyze data while collaborating with healthcare professionals. Your efforts will support cancer research and improve patient outcomes in our commitment to delivering exceptional healthcare.

Responsibilities

• Conduct follow-ups to track patient outcomes and long-term survival data.
• Participate in tumor board meetings to discuss patient cases and contribute valuable insights.
• Perform regular audits to maintain data integrity.
• Utilize cancer registry software for data entry and management.
• Generate statistical reports to support research and quality improvement initiatives.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Health Information Management or related field
• Certification as a Certified Tumor Registrar (CTR) strongly preferred

Experience

• Experience working with cancer registries and data collection

Certifications

• Advanced certification as a Certified Tumor Registrar (CTRX)

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience in oncology clinical trials and protocols: Familiarity with conducting and reporting oncology clinical trials.
• Knowledge of cancer treatment methods and terminology: Strong understanding of cancer treatment approaches and respective terminology.
