Responsibilities

• Monitor probationer progress through regular check-ins and assessments.
• Collaborate with community service organizations to facilitate support services.
• Maintain case documentation in electronic and paper records.
• Serve as a liaison between the court, law enforcement, and social services.
• Participate in training sessions to stay updated on legal practices and protocols.
• Advocate for resources that support probationer rehabilitation.
• Conduct home visits as necessary to assess living conditions.
• Engage in multidisciplinary team meetings to discuss case progress.

• Experience with specific court software: Familiarity with electronic filing systems and case management tools is a plus.
